  1. I could see you in the first two.
I sure the hubs would love you in the third pair.
But the 4th pair is what you'll be wearing the next 4 months or so.

  7. I love when parents let their kids dress themselves.
My favorite was a pre-school kid a couple of years ago - she came to school with about a million clips in her hair "I'm wearing all of my hairbows for Santa"

  8. Those could be my four year old. These days, other people just look at me and say, "She dressed herself didn't she?"

Yup! And I would dress like that TOO if it was socially acceptable.

  9. Adorable! Love them! I totally plan on letting my daughter dress herself. Truth be told, she already looks like she does - we like mixing colors!

  10. The red ones look like a pair that my 7 year old granddaughter wore for her annual picture with Santa Claus this year. Oh, and she wore a pink mini skirt... Wish I could still dress like that and be accepted in this world, but boy... would a 55 year old grandmother get some funny looks.. HA!

  21. This is a large part of the reason I want to have children...

    ...so I may dress them.

Well, at least for a few years until they start fighting me on it.

  22. Ohhh, looking at the third pic is making me flashback to college when I wore striped tights and doc martens and mini dresses all the time.

I looked like a cross between the wicked witch of the west and a Strawberry Shortcake Doll.

    Ohhhh those early 90's.

  23. Ha ha! I thought of you today when I saw this little girl crossing the street with pink sparkly tights and maroon red ballet flats paired with a green pouf skirt. She also twirled her umbrella and skipped to class.

  24. I have running shoes and hiking boots. That's it...

I am a real fashion plate!

  25. How did you ever talk your students into posting for those?! LoL! I can see it now when they get home later . . . "Mom, Mrs. Vodkamom took a picture of my feet today..." LoL! :)

  26. I used to feel bad if I forgot to pack their shoes for school making them wear the boots all day..

    Great pictures

  27. What? No flip flops in December in Oregon? :)

  28. Agree with you. Those patent boots are a tad risque for little kids - or am I being too naive?

    ReplyDelete
  29. Oh my niece Hailey would love all those;) she got her uncles love of shoes...lol

  30. Taking pictures of little kids feet is also the reason I enjoy my job working at Chevron. But don't tell my supervisor.

  36. This reminds me of my daughter so much. We were at dinner with friends when my daughter was about 3. She was showing off her new shoes. My husband commented that it seemed like she had a pair of shoes for every outfit.

All the other moms burst out laughing at him. "It SEEMS like she has a pair of shoes for every outfit because she does."

    It is still that way.

  37. Damn, why couldnt I have just 1 girl? Those shoes are so flippin cute! But noooo, I get to dress all of my boys in.....transformer tennis shoes.

  38. My eldest used to tuck EVERYTHING in... including a cardigan sweater into a skirt. SO cute... I almost had forgotten it...

  39. Ahhh....you should see my daughter's shoes!

    ReplyDelete
  40. I would DEFINITELY wear those first ones, if they came in my size (I have small feet, so I often do buy kids' shoes...)

The last ones look like snowboard boots!

  41. Oh my goodness, I'm pretty sure that last picture is of my 5yo's soul twin. Winter boots every day, no matter what. With no socks of course. Pajamas pants when I just don't have it in me to argue anymore. The same dress she wore yesterday...as long as it's not too covered in food.
