Sassy hits one out of the park.

And I thought I might be lonely. (aka Sassy really does love me.)

However, when I said I needed a mousetrap, I think she misunderstood. (The mice are bigger than he is.)

  12. Awww. What a nice thing for Sassy to do. I'm shocked actually. Not a lot, but a little bit. Now we wait for that cutie pies name. Just saying.

    Have a terrific day. :)

  14. Oh you are lost .. totally lost .. you will be putty in that kittens paws .
There is nothing more entertaining than a kitten, they play with everything and anything, they snuggle, they just sit there and you go awwww.
Good one! Sassy ! (Of course she loves you ! who wouldn't ??)
That baby is really a beauty .. congratulations :)

  16. I have now been reduced to a melted puddle of squeaky voiced "awwwww"s and "so cute"s. How embarrassing.

    But, really, AWWWWW, SOOOOOOOO CUTE!!!!

  17. So sweet of Sassy to help you with the mouse issue. Hoping he has good aim in the litter box! Congrats on your new baby!

  18. Oh he is so cute!!! What's his name?

I usually see one or two mice every winter. In the 5 years since I got my cats, I have not seen one mouse in my house.

  19. Oh he'll get those mice all right. They'll faint from his cuteness.

  20. That last picture is possibly the cutest thing I've seen all week (of course I just spent a week of winter break at home with my children who became increasingly less cute by the day...)

Just caught up on a few weeks of reading and saw that you're going through a lot right now. Thinking of you.
    xo

  22. Oh my Gawd...help me

V- Mommie - Mr P has been away from the blogging scene for an age and decides to visit His old pals.

    Top pal = Vodka Mummie

And what does the Great P find?

    Picys of pussy-cats,,,

So disapointed. We need more cutting edge...or I am away with the fairies again.

  24. YAY for Sassy! Next thing you know, you'll walk in and cutie pie will be playing poker with the mice!

  25. How can you not smile when you look at him? I did just by looking at the pictures. You get to pick him up and hold him and nuzzle that cute itty, bitty little face.

    Atta girl, Sassy. A+.

  26. Aww, it looks exactly like my cat Caely (who incidentally happens to be a psychopath - better luck to you). Please, just don't pull a Marinka and start sharing pictures of it's litterbox.

  27. What a sweet baby! I'm more of a dog person, but that kitten is adorable!! Way to go Sassy!!!

  28. Thanks for making me smile! Nothing better to sleep next to at night than a little kitty, they don't snore!

    Take care, Sue

  30. Soooo cute, and from what I hear easier to care for than dogs! Your new space looks awesome too.

  31. Okay seriously! If I keep seeing pics of this little guy, I'm gonna get stuck on that cooky voice my family hates!

It's the same voice that Daisy (our chorkie) uses when she talks.

Yes, she freakin' talks! And I bet your little guy does too! Even if only when no one else is around! LOL
    He is precious!

  32. I think I wanna squeeze him! Yep, I do!

  33. at first i was all oh my god sooooo cuteeeee!!! and then i looked at the pictures again and started to think they look a little like hostage pictures and the little kitty is pleading for help with his eyes!! and so i cracked myself up once again (i really am my own biggest fan!)
but seriously, that is adorable x a million!

  34. hope this doesn't duplicate but i just tried to add a comment and it looks like it didn't go through:

you should name it STOLI!!!! or, or, or....grey goose and call it GOOSE for short!!!! a cat named goose=genius!
get it- that cat is grey, you are vodka...
i may just get a cat so i can name it grey goose!

  35. So little Ketel is really cute. ;)

At a time like this, it's good to have a source of unconditional love.

  36. Adorable! Did you know cats reduce stress if you pet them? They can actually lower your blood pressure just by being around them. Unlike some students I know, who raise my blood pressure just by being around them.

    ReplyDelete
  37. So adorable! Don't worry, kitty will catch the mice soon enough and doesn't need to be larger than they are to succeed, just more patient and faster which is natural to kitties.

  38. Ummm... I hate to burst your bubble, but...
    Sassy's *still* a mostly-self-absorbed teen:
She got the cat NOT because you're lonely, but because she's SCARED of the MICE!

    It's SOOOOOOOOO cute!
And *I* am glad you have a companion.
    =-)

  39. That is some of your very own cute overload!!! He'll grow into a good mouser!

  40. Promise you that is the best mouse trap in the world. Only they don't eat the gallbladders, so look out for little green kidney shaped beans and you know your mice are getting eaten!!

Oh and yes, they occasionally leave the heads as a gift right in front of where you get your snacks!!

Trust me, I lived on a farm.....emphasis on DID! WAHHHHH

  41. Your new baby may look like mine in a couple of months. Mine is about 3 months old in these pictures.

  42. What a little cutie! What will you name him??

After my divorce I got a cat too... he was grown up though. His FIRST night in my house he caught a mouse! (did I mention he was declawed when I got him?)

He has been my little love ever since.

    Hugs to you
