Take a WILD guess

Guess who was playing in the Barbie area today during free play? ("Frank, what did Ken ever do to you???")

The good news? He totally admitted that he did it, and fixed it.

I love that boy.

Even though he kicks my *$$ every single day.

(and a vote over here? Won't do anything except lift my spirits. And that, I need. )

  2. And I love that boy too !
My hope is that his teachers will all be like you and will not try to smother his Frank-ness :)

  3. I don't want to crush his spirit, but have to help him respect authority

    It's a tough tough gig.

  4. To clarify, I meant Ken's, not Frank's.

  6. VM, let's hope Frank's 'creativity' is positively channeled in future years. If it's not, the outcome could be absolutely scary.

Respect for authority? I don't think he has ever heard of it before starting his year with you.....

  8. I think you are creating a sense of respect and self dignity in him, even if neither of you can see it right now.

He won't forget what you are teaching him.

  9. wow that is way better than i ever get. i never get an admission. sometimes I get, "maybe I did it on accident but I didn't know i did it and i didn't mean to" what kinda confession is that?!

  10. Well, you know - ever since Ken and Barbie got back together Ken has been kind of arrogant.

  12. HAHAHA...ya gotta love Frank. What did you used to write about before him?

I once bought a doll for my husband because it was named "Basketball Kevin" (i think he was Skippers boyfriend) and my husband played bball and was named Kevin. Boy was he embarrassed when he opened his Christmas present.

    HAHAHA

  16. omgosh! Babble actually allowed me to vote today!! It usually doesn't, but maybe the computer meltdown that i had last week (& had to restore everything) wiped babble's memory of me...yay!

Great news from you yesterday, too. What a great relief!!

Happy St. Patrick's Day! I'm planning for a green martini tonight...

  20. Looks like Frank didn't want Ken moving in on his territory with all the beautiful girls in his class. Poor Ken! Just Franks way of reminding Ken to stick it out with Barbie.

  21. Not to be a Barbie snob or anything, but I'm pretty sure that's not Ken. That's one of the New Kids on the Block dolls* WHICH MAKES IT TWICE AS EFFING FUNNY!!!!

*Please don't ask me how I know that.
