Bskde! I love this! I know adults who still call it that.
Oh man, that is really touching. Thank you again for being a teacher!
"Bskde" is now the OFFICIAL spelling! Awesome!
And this is why I love teaching the wee ones!
Bskde and met balls are a classic dish!*sniff* I might make me a bowl tonight.
Awwwww. I love phonetic spelling.
Love this!! (Well, with kindergartners. When they spell like this in HS--it isn't nearly so cute!) Adorable! Good job, teach!
I love it. Had a brother who used a P instead of a B.
Bskde!I love Bskde too!!And everyone knows bskde wouldn't be bskde without met balls.
It really is the best when they start to write on their own, isn't it? The most creative spelling you have ever seen!
It took me a while to figure out what bskde meant... totally cute!
That is priceless. I think day are Yume too!
Awwwwwww, cuuuuuuute! Although, once they start doing that then you can't spell things around them anymore because they'll figure out what you're saying. We just reached that point with the 6 year old I take care of. I spelled D-O-N-U-T the other day in a secret hush-hush conversation, and the 6 year old yelled from across the room, "I know you're talking about donuts!! So where are they?!"GRRRRR.Should have gone the fancy route and spelled it D-O-U-G-H-N-U-T. That would have shown him.
Whenever I see that dotted line I am rocketed back to grammar school. I have no idea what bskde means. I'm also too tired to sound it out and I want to kill my upstairs neighbors.
So sweet! Bskde is du bom! I'm fluent in little kid spelling. That was awesome, btw.
HOw cute, You really do get attached to the middle one.
The "dey" makes me laugh.
They have to grow up, you know.Just wait until they give delicious grandchildren!! You think your heart is melting now ......just wait!
How sweet is that? Way to go, Teach!
awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww little ones can be so sweet;)

You are a wonderful teacher...it shows in how your cheer your students on and realize that they are learning so much from you. What a cute essay. So much in a few words.

that is so awesome.
When my daughter was about 18 months old, I was asking her if she wanted more BSKDE. Hubs got all huffy and said not to talk ababy talk to her. I said not to be ridiculous, she couldn't say "Spaghetti" at 18 mos! I looked at her and the little shit said, "Spuh-geddy!"
Yummy! I like pasgetti and meatballs too!!!!
Love it. Great advertising for our noble profession. xo
Bskde makes me tear up too.

WoW!I promised Anymommy that I'd leave a comment at the blogers I love to read to let them know that their words count! Someone is reading and your words mean something to me...and then you use WORDS from those little people learning how to use written words for your post! Even the universe agrees! Your words (written and spoken!) count and make a difference. Thanks!
bskde is one of my favorites as well! Adorable. You must be SO proud!
Adorable... sometimes I really wonder why on earth I'm going to school to teach high school instead of kindergarten? *sigh*
I could go for some bskde right about now.
