You know that feeling you get when you fall in love?
That incredible butterfly in the stomach, wake up in the
morning with a smile amazing feeling in your heart?
THAT is what teaching is all about.
I have met 18 incredible, wonderful, special souls. And I can honestly say that after three
days, I am officially in love.
It’s the greatest feeling in the world.
The greatest feeling....
(But the boy who shouted “I’m being summoned by the smell of beef jerky!”, YOU are the man. And I can’t wait to see what I learn from YOU this year…)

It really IS incredible.
nice...glad you are starting well....mine are pretty cool...have a couple problem kids but i am reigning them in pretty good...got a few fist bumps in the halls from them today so we are heading in the right direction...

can only say, wish more teachers were like you, happy, well adjusted and love to teach all who enter the hollowed halls and rooms. had a teacher just like you, she loved the kiddos and then the older kiddoes, always something nice to say to each and everyone after a hot summer, we got to go to school in summer way back when, still remember her musings and happiness she exuded to all the farm kiddos, still remember her fondly..I don't get it about life, why can't more people actually love the job they do and care about human beings in general would make this crazy upside world actually wonderful to be a citizen in!!!!!!!!! Happy full school year, the boy sounds like the group of kids in the tiny school I went to out on the farm area in washington state I adored many years ago, he turned out to be the county sheriff with a big heart, retired after many years of helping people who did the law wrong and is a friend of mine and an adorable human being always something he said the first few days of school I can still remember indeedy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! god bless you!!!!!!!!!!!!
